Customization
Pre-designed templates with default styles, fonts, and layouts, but customization is easy to meet client-specific expectations
The initial data within the demo file is placeholder data; replace it with your actual client data.
Load templates from the G-Accon Cloud template library.
There are eight main reports to customize with your specific data.
You can also adjust dates for all reports through the 'Dates' tab.
It's crucial not to modify the 'Total data' tab, as it contains essential formulas and queries.
Users can further add and modify reports based on specific client needs, be it Aged AC/AP, Account Transactions, Budget, Trial Balances or other reports.
Automation
Utilize the G-Accon for QuickBooks/Xero Auto-refresh feature to schedule automatic updates of the dashboard.
The refresh frequency can be set as per preference (e.g., daily at 9 a.m.).
Presentation
Reports like Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows can be edited for presentation to clients.
Reports' look and feel, like font, color, and style, can be easily tailored to individual liking.
